short-term programming work needed [01/10/2008 14:29:04]
Anyone out there have a small coding project they need designed, built, debugged, or refactored? I'm need to pick up some extra work over the next week or two. I'm looking for side projects, not full time positions. The smaller, the better.
My strong points are python, sql, and html/css/js but I also know perl and php, and am pretty decent when it comes to Java. I've got experience with wx and SDL as well as web apps. I work quickly, am good at asking questions to clarify requirements, and am a huge believer in unit tests and clear, readable code. And also, I'm a supergenius. :)
You can see my pre-cornerhost resume, and I've got plenty of code samples in the workshop.
I prefer to work fixed fee, based on an hourly rate of around $60. I'm also incorporated in the US and can take credit cards or paypal if that helps.
